- 14 May 2013Thanks to having a fully floodlit Academy Par 3 Course the Members at Almouj Golf don't have to stop competitive play once darkness falls! On the back of the success of the first 6 week series and subsequent final the decision to run series 2 was made. As before courtesy of the support of Swiss Air the members will compete over a 6 week series where their best 4 9 hole net scores could qualify them for the series final, weekly prizes and a relaxing bbq follow play each week but the lucky top 10 players at the end of the 6 week series are invited to participate in the series final where two Business Class flights to Dubai are up for grabs. - 11 May 2013In a break from tradition the competitors in the Almouj Golf 3 Club Challenge had to navigate their way around the 18 hole links with far less than their usual 14 clubs. With a mandatory putter the players were able to select an additional 3 clubs which they felt would be best suited to their efforts to accumulate as many Stableford points as possible. Read more...
